New York Knicks point guard Dennis Smith Jr. (sore lower back) is questionable to play on Thursday versus the Toronto Raptors.
Smith made it through a limited practice Wednesday, so he should be nearing a return after missing the past six games. If he doesn't suit up Thursday, the next chance to play will be on Saturday versus the Miami Heat. Emmanuel Mudiay and Kadeem Allen have seen a boost with Smith sidelined. The Knicks should provide an update after Thursday's morning shootaround.
DSJ is averaging 14.6 points, 2.7 rebounds, 6.0 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.1 triples in 17 games with the Knicks.
