Dennis Smith Jr. (back) ruled out for Knicks Friday versus Spurs
New York Knicks point guard Dennis Smith Jr. (sore lower back) has been ruled out for Friday's game versus the San Antonio Spurs.
It will be Smith's first absence since the Knicks acquired him last month. Emmanuel Mudiay will likely draw the start in Smith's place and Allonzo Trier should also see a boost.
DSJ is averaging 26.7 FanDuel points per game this season. In 17 games with the Knicks, he's putting up 14.6 points, 2.7 rebounds, 6.0 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.1 triples per contest.
