Kyle Lowry (ankle) ruled out for Raptors Thursday versus Lakers, Jeremy Lin draws start
Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry (left ankle sprain) has been ruled out for Thursday's game versus the Los Angeles Lakers.
The Raptors downplayed the severity of the injury, so they may just be erring on the side of a caution against a 31-36 Lakers team. Jeremy Lin will start in Lowry's place. Pascal Siakam also tends to benefit when Lowry is out.
Lowry is averaging 36.9 FanDuel points over 56 games this season. numberFire's models expect him to record 15.8 points, 3.8 boards, 7.4 dimes, 1.5 steals, and 1.1 triples per contest over the remainder of the year.
