Isaiah Canaan to make Timberwolves debut Wednesday
Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Isaiah Canaan will make his team debut on Wednesday versus the Memphis Grizzlies, head coach Ryan Saunders said.
The Timberwolves signed Canaan to a 10-day deal on Tuesday to help out their depleted backcourt. He could see immediate minutes behind Jerryd Bayless, as Jeff Teague (foot) and Tyus Jones (ankle) have both been ruled out and Derrick Rose (ankle) is questionable. Canaan, 27, was released by the Phoenix Suns in November.
numberFire's models expect Canaan to play 17.8 minutes and score 10.9 FanDuel points, at a cost of $3,500.
