Deandre Ayton (ankle) ruled out for Suns again Tuesday
Phoenix Suns center Deandre Ayton (left ankle sprain) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the San Antonio Spurs.
Ayton was considered doubtful on Tuesday, so this was expected. It will be his sixth consecutive absence. Richaun Holmes and Dragan Bender will likely split most of the minutes at center. Bender remained in the starting lineup on Sunday in Holmes' first game back, but Holmes got the nod for the second half.
Ayton is averaging 35.7 FanDuel points through 47 games, with 16.4 points, 10.6 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 0.8 steals, and 1.0 blocks per contest.
