Pelicans' Nikola Mirotic makes an early exit Wednesday with a calf strain
New Orleans Pelicans forward Nikola Mirotic was forced from Wednesday's game in the second half with a calf strain.
Mirotice has missed multiple games with an ankle sprain and an illness this season and now add a calf strain to the list of ailments. No word on how severe the injury is but we would expect the forward to be questionable at best for Thursday's game with the Oklahoma City Thunder. Darius Miller and possibly Cheick Diallo would see extra time off the bench if Mirotic were to miss anytime.
Mirotic finished with 11 points, 7 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block for 22.9 FanDuel points in 24 minutes on Wednesday.
