Timberwolves' Josh Okogie scores career-high 21 in victory
Minnesota Timberwolves rookie shooting guard Josh Okogie scored a career-high 21 points (7-of-11 field goals, 3-of-3 free throws) with 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, 4 3-pointers, and 1 turnover in 25.0 minutes of a 118-91 win over the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday.
Jeff Teague (foot) didn't play, so Okogie was asked to do a bit more after logging just 11.1 minutes in Sunday's game against the Suns. Robert Covington (knee) remains out indefinitely and Teague said he can't run right now, so Okogie should see an expanded role again in Thursday's road matchup with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Okogie finished with 35.0 FanDuel points in the victory. He's averaging 15.7 FanDuel points through 31 games overall.
