Sacramento Kings forward Justin Jackson is expected to start Tuesday versus the Toronto Raptors.
With Iman Shumpert sitting out for rest purposes Jackson is expected to join the starting five in his place. The second-year forward has made three starts this season, averaging 31.6 minutes in each.
