Philadelphia 76ers forward Ben Simmons (illness) is questionable to play Wednesday versus the San Antonio Spurs.
Simmons missed practice with an upper respiratory infection. There should be an update following Wednesday's shootaround. T.J. McConnell may draw the start if Simmons is unable to play.
