Deandre Ayton (ankle) ruled out for Suns Sunday night
Phoenix Suns rookie center Deandre Ayton (ankle) will not play on Sunday versus the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Ayton made an early exit from Saturday's blowout loss to the Charlotte Hornets with the ankle injury. Richaun Holmes (foot) has also been ruled out, so look for Dragan Bender to draw the start down low against Karl-Anthony Towns. Quincy Acy should also see a boost.
Ayton is averaging 35.7 FanDuel points through 47 games, with 16.4 points, 10.6 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 0.8 steals, and 1.0 blocks per contest.
