Oklahoma City forward Nerlens Noel has been diagnosed with a concussion.
What It Means:
Noel was stretchered off the court after a fall in Tuesday's game, but fortunately avoided any fractures. He will need to go through the league's concussion protocol and could miss a few weeks.
