Washington Wizards small forward Otto Porter (quad) will not start in Wednesday's game against the Atlanta Hawks.
Porter missed three weeks with a quad injury but will play in tonight's game against the Hawks off the bench. In a role with the second unit, Porter will reportedly play with a 20 minute limit.
