Washington's John Wall (heel) will undergo season-ending surgery

Washington Wizards point guard John Wall (heel) will miss the remainder of the season after deciding to undergo surgery on his left heel.

What It Means:

Wall will be out 6-8 months after deciding to undergo surgery to repair a chronic Achilles tendon injury in his left heel. Expect the Wizards to rely on Tomas Satoransky at point guard for the rest of the 2018 season.

Wall will finish this season averaging 20.7 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 9.7 assists.
