Toronto Raptors forward OG Anunoby will start on Friday verssu the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Anunoby gets the nod at small forward with Kawhi Leonard and Pascal Siakam moving up a slot with Serge Ibaka out of action again. Greg Monroe will come off the bench.
