Cleveland Cavaliers power forward Larry Nance Jr. is starting on Wednesday versus the New York Knicks.
Tristan Thompson is expected to miss 2-4 weeks with a foot sprain, so Nance Jr. could see multiple starts at center over the next few weeks. He is averaging 7.5 points, 8.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.0 steals, and 1.1 blocks over 31.0 minutes in eight starts this season.
