John Collins leads Hawks past Nuggets with career-high 30 points
Atlanta Hawks power forward John Collins scored a career-high 30 points (12-of-20 field goals, 3-of-6 3-pointers, 3-of-4 free throws) with 12 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 block, and 1 turnover in 33.2 minutes of a 106-98 win over the Denver Nuggets on Saturday.
Collins has now raised his career-high in scoring each of the past three games. He's also double-doubled in five straight and six of the past seven. The Hawks visit the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday.
