Kyrie Irving scores 22 with 8 assists, injures shoulder late in Celtics' win
Boston Celtics guard Kyrie Irving scored 22 points (9-of-15 field goals, 3-of-6 3-pointers, 1-of-2 free throws) with 4 rebounds, 8 assists, 1 block, and 2 turnovers in 30.1 minutes of a 128-100 victory over the New York Knicks on Thursday.
Irving suffered a minor shoulder injury on what he called "an awkward play" late in the game. It doesn't sound like much of a concern, so he should be fine for Saturday's matchup with the Chicago Bulls. The Celtics will likely provide an update on Friday.
Kyrie finished with 39.8 FanDuel points on Thursday. He's averaging 41.5 FanDuel points through 23 games this season.
