Tyson Chandler doubtful for Suns Tuesday
Phoenix Suns center Tyson Chandler (right hamstring strain) is doubtful for Tuesday's game against the Brooklyn Nets.
What It Means:
We reported yesterday there's no timetable for Chandler's return, and Suns' coach Jeff Hornacek also stated he didn't expect his big man to suit up against the Nets tonight. Alex Len will start in his place, but doesn't provide much fantasy value other than as a punt play in DFS or speculative add in deeper leagues.
Len had eight points and seven rebounds in a season-high 28 minutes on Sunday against the Toronto Raptors. His -1.3 nERD is underwhelming, but he's averaging career-highs in points (12.5) and rebounds (11.5) per 36 minutes. Chandler has a 0.4 nERD for the season.
