Lakers' Rajon Rondo to undergo hand surgery, timetable still 3-5 weeks

Los Angeles Lakers point guard Rajon Rondo (fractured right hand) will have surgery within 24 hours and is expected to miss 3-5 weeks.

It was unknown whether Rondo would need surgery but the timeline remains the same. Lonzo Ball will be the primary beneficiary with Rondo sidelined and Josh Hart and Lance Stephenson should also see more usage.
