Draymond Green takes just four shots, notches triple-double as Warriors roll
Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green posted his third career triple-double on Friday with 14 points, 10 boards, 10 assists, two 3-pointers, one steal, two blocks and one turnover through 33 minutes.
Green needed just four shots to get his 14 points, going 4-of-4 from the field and 4-of-6 from the free-throw line. Green became just the second player in NBA history to record a triple-double on four or less shot attempts, and this was Green's second triple-double of the season.
If there were any doubts about last season's breakout or how much he deserved his massive contract, Green has quelled those concerns. He is one of the league's best players. His 12.4 nERD ranks 10th in the NBA. Green is averaging 12.8 points, 7.9 rebounds and 6.8 assists while hitting 49.7 percent of his shots.
