Kawhi Leonard does it all in San Antonio win
San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard was incredible during the Spurs' 91-80 win over the Denver Nuggets on Friday, scoring 25 points on 11-of-18 shooting to go with seven boards, six assists, four steals, five blocks, two 3-pointers and just two turnovers in 32 minutes.
After taking home Defensive Player of the Year honors last season, Leonard has made a jump on the offensive end, making him a true two-way force.
Over the last three seasons, Leonard has averaged 11.9, 12.8 and 16.5 points per game. He's at 21.8 points per game this season, hitting 51.5 percent of his shots and 46.6 percent of his 3-pointers. In Sunday's meeting with the Los Angeles Lakers, we project him to score 20.4 points, snag 7.0 rebounds and pass out 4.4 assists.
