Robert Covington puts up career-high 28 points in 76ers' loss
Philadelphia 76ers forward Robert Covington scored a career-high 28 points against the Houston Rockets during a 116-114 loss on Friday, adding seven rebounds, five assists, eight steals, one block and six 3-pointers in 38 minutes.
After a horrid start, Covington is on fire in his last four games, averaging 19.5 points, 8.3 boards, 4.8 steals, 1.0 blocks and 3.5 treys on 43.5 percent shooting from the field.
For the season, Covington is averaging 11.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 2.4 steals while hitting just 30.8 percent of his shots. Against the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday, we project Covington to put up 11.6 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists.
