Aron Baynes (hamstring) status in air for Celtics Thursday
Boston Celtics center Aron Baynes' (hamstring) status is uncertain for Thursday's road game against the Oklahoma City Thunder, head coach Brad Stevens said.
Baynes did some light shooting and jogging on Tuesday but didn't practice with the team. Stevens said Baynes may not travel to Oklahoma City, which would also create some doubt for his status on Saturday versus the Pistons in Detroit. Daniel Theis logged 15 minutes off the bench Monday with Baynes sidelined.
Baynes is averaging 15.5 FanDuel points through three games. numberFire's models project him to record 5.2 points with 4.7 rebounds in 15.1 minutes per game over the rest of the year.
