Jonas Valanciunas double-doubles off Raptors' bench
Toronto Raptors center Jonas Valanciunas scored 17 points (7-of-8 field goals, 3-of-4 free throws) with 10 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks in 19.7 minutes of a 127-106 win over the Charlotte Hornets on Monday.
Valanciunas came off the bench behind Serge Ibaka, but it didn't prevent him from turning in his best game of the season so far. The Raptors' starting lineup will likely be fluid throughout the year, so there may be some inconsistencies, but the 26-year-old big man can produce when given the opportunity. Next up is a home date versus the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday.
Val scored 44.0 FanDuel points on Monday. He is averaging 26.2 FanDuel points per game this season.
