Gordon Hayward scores season-high 33 points in Jazz win
Utah Jazz small forward Gordon Hayward scored a season-high 33 points against the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday, adding seven rebounds, two assists, three steals and five 3-pointers.
Hayward has been off to a slow start this season, and even after the stellar game he only holds a -0.2 nERD on the year. His 18.4 points per 36 minutes, .472 effective Field Goal percentage and 16.2 Player Efficiency Rating are all steps back from what he produced last season. He does seem to be getting back on track though, and he is averaging 22.75 points, 6 rebounds and 2.75 assists per game over his last four games.
