Denzel Valentine (ankle) sitting for Bulls versus 76ers
Chicago Bulls small forward Denzel Valentine (left ankle) is not playing in Thursday's season opener against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Valentine injured his ankle toward the end of September and still hasn't been able to go through a full practice. Justin Holiday figures to be busy Thursday with Valentine sidelined.
numberFire's models project Valentine to average 11.2 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 0.9 steals, and 1.8 3-pointers in 27.3 minutes per game this season.
