Dwight Howard (back) remains uncertain for Thursday's opener

Washington Wizards center Dwight Howard (back) is still uncertain for Thursday's season opener versus the Miami Heat, head coach Scott Brooks said.

What It Means:

Howard has practiced in full three straight days, and barring any setbacks at Thursday's shootaround, he should be good to go for the opener. If not, Ian Mahinmi will likely start in Howard's place.

numberFire's models currently expect Howard to play and score 35.8 FanDuel points in 32.3 minutes on Thursday.
