John Collins (ankle) will not play for Atlanta on Wednesday
Atlanta Hawks forward John Collins has been ruled out for the team's season opener against the New York Knicks on Wednesday night.
Collins' injury isn't expected to be serious, and it's very likely that the youngster misses just one contest. While he and fellow big man Dewayne Dedmon are sidelined, expect Omari Spellman to draw the start on Wednesday.
Our models project Collins for 14.4 points, 8.9 rebounds, 1.8 points. 0.8 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game this season.
