Nuggets' Isaiah Thomas (hip) will not play on Wednesday
Denver Nuggets point guard Isaiah Thomas (hip) will not be active in Wednesday's season opener against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Thomas is still recovering from right hip surgery performed in March and will likely miss more time. Nuggets President Tim Connelly said last week, "We have no firm time frame, but when he's right he's going to have a huge impact."
Our models project Thomas for 14.3 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per game this season.
