George Hill confirmed as Cavaliers' starter for opener
Cleveland Cavaliers guard George Hill will start in the regular-season opener versus the Toronto Raptors, head coach Ty Lue confirmed.

Hill is 32 and coming off a rough season, so 8th overall pick Collin Sexton will likely take over the starting job before too long.
