Lakers' Josh Hart tweaks hamstring in practice on Monday
Los Angeles Lakers guard Josh Hart tweaked his hamstring in practice on Monday.
The Lakers pulled Hart as soon as it happened and told reporters he would be evaluated on Tuesday. Hart is not expected to play in the next preseason game and could miss some time to start the season. The second-year guard was battling Kentavious Caldwell-Pope for the starting shooting guard job. Lance Stephenson would see an uptick in minutes if Hart were to miss any regular season action.
Our models project Hart for 9.0 points, 1.4 three-pointers, 4.6 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 0.8 steals in 22.6 minutes per game this season.
