4 Daily Fantasy Basketball Value Plays for 3/28/16
With a large slate of games on the schedule, who are some inexpensive players to target tonight?

One of the keys to finding success in daily fantasy basketball is uncovering potential value plays. If you're looking to roster a stud player or two, you'll need to find one of these lower-priced options to squeeze everyone into your lineup.

Let's take a look at four guys who can help fill the gaps in your lineup tonight. Of course, remember to check our projections closer to tip because so much can change in the NBA throughout the day.

Raymond Felton, PG, Dallas Mavericks
JJ Barea, PG, Dallas Mavericks

FanDuel Price: $4,100 (Felton), $4,000 (Barea)

I'm recommending both Raymond Felton and Juan Jose Barea for the Mavericks tonight because they play the same position for the same team and have a lot of value for the same reason. That reason is that Deron Williams has been ruled out for at least one more game. Yesterday, in William's absence, Felton saw 35 minutes of playing time while Barea was on the court for 27 minutes.

In the last two games, Felton has certainly paid off his price tag, posting better than eight and seven times value (points per $1,000 in salary). Barea has paid 8.3 times and 4.8 times his cost in those games. Both players should be good value tonight, and they are very inexpensive options.

Rodney Hood, SG, Utah Jazz

FanDuel Price: $5,000

Our projections love Rodney Hood tonight for the Jazz. He is playing a consistent 30-plus minutes for Utah, and they get to face the Lakers, who give up the fourth-most points to opponents in the NBA. Of the 20 teams in action tonight, the Lakers rank 18th in fantasy points allowed to shooting guards.

We have Hood projected for around 27 FanDuel points which would be over five times his salary on FanDuel.

Mirza Teletovic, PF, Phoenix Suns

FanDuel Price: $4,500

Mirza Teletovic has been inconsistent all year. He thrives in situations when his teammates are injured and is fairly unproductive when everyone is healthy. Luckily for the daily fantasy community, both Jon Leuer and Tyson Chandler may sit out tonight.

Teletovic has averaged 5.75 times his cost in the last four games. He has been a nice asset lately, and he will have a great chance to continue this run tonight as the Phoenix Suns face the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Teletovic played 32 minutes last game, and if he sees that many minutes again tonight, he will likely be able to pay off his price tag.
