3 Daily Fantasy Basketball Value Plays for 3/25/16

Jon Leuer has a new role in the Suns' rotation, but who else should you target tonight?

One of the keys to finding success in daily fantasy basketball is uncovering potential value plays. If you're looking to roster a stud player or two, you'll need to find one of these lower-priced options to squeeze everyone into your lineup.

Let's take a look at three guys who can help fill the gaps in your lineup tonight. Of course, remember to check our projections closer to tip because so much can change in the NBA throughout the day.

Jon Leuer, PF, Phoenix Suns

FanDuel Price: $4,600

Jon Leuer is a pretty good value tonight because Tyson Chandler has already been ruled out. Leuer put up 13 points and 13 rebounds and then 22 points and 14 rebounds the last two nights while Chandler was sidelined. His minutes dramatically jump when Chandler is out. He was averaging around 12 minutes per game and now has played 32 and 42 minutes in back to back games.

Another bump for Leuer is that the Suns take on the fastest-paced team in the league in the Kings.

Wesley Matthews, SG, Dallas Mavericks

FanDuel Price: $4,100

Wesley Matthews was expected to be relied heavily on during Chandler Parsons's absence. In the last two games, Matthews has played 42 minutes in both games on his way to seven times and nine times his salary (fantasy points per $1,000). His price has jumped to $4,100, but that is still crazy value for someone who plays as much and is as involved in the offense as Matthews is.

He faces the Warriors tonight, so there is always a chance of a blowout, but the tempo should be pretty quick tonight. Matthews is a perfect option to save money at the shooting guard position.

Bradley Beal, SG, Washington Wizards

FanDuel Price: $5,300

Bradley Beal put up a dud last game with only 12 fantasy points. His inconsistency has kept his price in check the entire season. While he does have games like he had on Wednesday, he also has games where he scores 30-plus fantasy points on a regular basis. In the four games prior, Beal averaged a very good 5.6 times his salary

Beal will likely have a low ownership percentage due to his poor outing last time. In that case, he is a decent contrarian option tonight in hopes of a bounce-back performance.
