Daily Fantasy Basketball Injuries and Updates for 3/22/16
Find the best value for your daily fantasy roster by knowing the latest injuries and updates.

In daily fantasy basketball, every edge matters.

One of the easiest ways to find an edge is to understand what happens to a team when injuries occur. Who stands to benefit? Who might struggle as a result? That's all vital information during the lineup-building process.

What should you know about tonight's slate of games? Let's break it down.

As always, you should make sure to double-check our NBA Player News page before finalizing your lineup.

The Definites

Brook Lopez will play tonight. He missed last game which gave a bump to the rest of the Nets, especially Willie Reed. However, with him back in the lineup, Reed can't be trusted in lineups tonight.

In other Brooklyn news, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson is expected to play tonight. The rookie has missed the last 50 games due to an ankle injury but is finally returning to action for the Nets. Hollis-Jefferson is by no means a safe play tonight, and I actually recommend staying away from him until it becomes clear what his role is. This news does hurt Wayne Ellington a bit and could take away some playing time from Bojan Bogdanovic as well. It will be an interesting situation to keep an eye on as the season wraps up.

The To-Be-Determined List

James Harden is a game-time call tonight after struggling to cut and move around at the Rockets' shootaround this morning. J.B. Bickerstaff, Houston's interim coach, is optimistic that he will play tonight against Oklahoma City. If he doesn't suit up tonight, that means a lot of shots will be available to go around. In his brief time with Houston, Michael Beasley has done very well and could repeat that again tonight, especially if Harden misses the game. Both Patrick Beverley and Jason Terry will likely get an increase in minutes and touches.

Marvin Williams left the Charlotte Hornets' game early last night and is questionable for tonight's matchup. Cody Zeller is already a great play, according to our projections, and if Williams does miss the game, Zeller will get an even bigger boost. Zeller has put together some solid performances lately and, at such an inexpensive price tag, could be a great play.

As always, make sure to check our player news section for the latest notes and updates from around the league. Good luck tonight!
