Yesterday's Perfect NBA DFS Lineups: Wednesday 3/11/15
For the first time in weeks, Russell Westbrook looked human, failing to make it into yesterday's perfect lineups. Much of the reason for his less-than-stellar play was because of the tenacious defense of Chris Paul. Paul not only locked Westbrook down but he dominated on both ends of the floor, scoring 33 points with 9 assists, 4 rebounds and 2 steals in an impressive with against Oklahoma City.
Paul wasn't the only Clipper who looked outstanding yesterday. J.J. Redick continued his hot play with Jamal Crawford sidelined, pouring in 25 points with 7 assists, 5 rebounds and 3 steals in one of his best outings of the year. Speaking of best outings of the year, the Birdman, Chris Andersen, wasn't even expected to play last night. But not only did he play -- he dominated. Birdman took advantage of a boost in playing time with Hassan Whiteside suspended and dropped 18 points and 14 boards in a win over the Nets.
The player who may have been most impressive last night was Andre Drummond. Despite a tough matchup against Andrew Bogut, the Pistons' big man scored 22 points while grabbing an absurd 27 rebounds -- including 17 on the offensive end -- and looked spectacular in a hard-fought loss.
