Joel Embiid Under 27.5 Points (-110)
Joel Embiid just hasn't been scoring well for the Philadelphia 76ers in the series against the Toronto Raptors.
He netted only 20 and 21 points in Games 4 and 5, respectively, and he's been held to 21 or fewer points in three of five games in this series.
The Raps finished the regular season playing really well on D -- second in defensive rating over the final 15 games -- and they've continued that in the postseason.
Whether it's his thumb injury or Toronto's defense, Embiid is having a tough time scoring at the level we're accustomed to from him.
Our model projects that to continue tonight as we forecast Embiid to score 25.9 points.
Herbert Jones Over 9.5 Points (-128) and/or Over 3.5 Rebounds (-138)
Herbert Jones typically logs big minutes, and that has me checking out the over on a couple of his props.
Jones played 40 minutes in Game 5, and he's seen at least 35 minutes in each of the last four games of this series versus the Phoenix Suns. He should be in line for huge minutes again today with the New Orleans Pelicans' season on the line.
He's scored at least 12 points in three of the five games against Phoenix, and while he didn't rebound much in the first four games, he totaled 7 rebounds in Game 5 and averaged 3.8 per night in the regular season.
We project Jones to score 10.7 points and pull down 4.8 rebounds tonight.
