NBA FanDuel Value Plays to Target on Monday 6/14/21

One of the keys to finding success in daily fantasy basketball is uncovering potential value plays. If you're looking to roster a stud player or two, you need to consider squeezing in one of these lower-salaried options into your lineup.

Let's take a look at three players who can help fill in the gaps in your lineup.

Bojan Bogdanovic, SF, Utah Jazz ($5,400)

Forget about what Bojan Bogdanovic did in Game 3 and focus on his upside going forward.

Game 3 was a rough time for Bogdanovic, who finished 2 of 10 from the field, including 1 of 5 from three-point range. It was simply a bad shooting performance from him but his upside remains high and you should look to have him in your lineups tonight. Bogdanovic is shooting 43.5% from three-point range during the playoffs and is averaging 5.8 three-point attempts per game. With that volume of shooting from downtown, Bogdanovic is always capable of exceeding value quickly if he can get some shots to fall.

That shooting upside gives Bogdanovic a projection of 27.1 FanDuel points in 35.07 minutes, making him the fifth-best value option on the slate, but the top value option under $6,000. With this game featuring a solid 224.5 over/under and a 5.0-point spread, we should see some good back and forth action, leading to plenty of fantasy points.

Furkan Korkmaz, SG, Philadelphia 76ers ($4,700)

With Danny Green out of the lineup, the Philadelphia 76ers will have a new look to their starting five.

Green is going to be out for two to three weeks with a right calf strain, and that means we should be seeing Furkan Korkmaz enter the 76ers' starting lineup. Up to this point in the playoffs, Korkmaz has played a bench role for the 76ers not doing much in the first series. However, he was able to go for a postseason-high 21.5 FanDuel points in the most recent game, coincidentally, the game that Green was injured.

Korkmaz had been under 20 minutes and under 17 FanDuel points in every game prior to the last one, hopefully indicating a clear role change for him with Green now out of the lineup. Korkmaz is now projected for 28.90 minutes and 22.1 FanDuel points, putting him in a good spot for fantasy production tonight.
