3 NBA FanDuel Value Plays to Target on 11/26/19

With only two games on tonight's slate, what value options should you consider to help you fit in the top studs?

One of the keys to finding success in daily fantasy basketball is uncovering potential value plays. If you're looking to roster a stud player or two, you need to consider squeezing in one of these lower-priced options into your lineup.

Let's take a look at three players who can help fill in the gaps in your lineup.

Monte Morris, PG, Denver Nuggets ($3,700)

With only two games on the NBA slate, we have limited options at every position, but Monte Morris is a player to keep an eye on tonight.

Morris is the clear backup point guard for the Denver Nuggets and plays about 14 to 21 minutes a game, for the most part. We have Denver coming in as 9.5-point home favorites, putting us in a spot for a potential blowout. According to oddsFire, 67% of the bets are on Denver to cover the spread, along with 71% of the bets on the Nuggets moneyline.

So what does this all mean? If Denver is going to win big against the Washington Wizards, they could likely limit the minutes on starting point guard Jamal Murray.

If that is the case, Morris should see the upper-end of his minutes range tonight, which is where we have him projected -- 22.68 minutes and 20.5 FanDuel points. At $3.7K, Morris would need 18.5 FanDuel points to reach 5x value, something we have him exceeding. Due to this, our projections have Morris as the best overall point-per-dollar value on tonight's slate.

Rui Hachimura, PF, Washington Wizards ($5,000)

As a rookie, Rui Hachimura is a starter who is playing a consistent amount of minutes, though his production does vary on a game-to-game basis.

A bit of inconsistency is expected for most rookies, and Hachimura is no exception. What is good for Hachimura is that he plays a solid amount of minutes each night and is carrying a 21.1% usage rate for the Wizards -- the second-highest on the team behind Bradley Beal. He is managing to produce 0.89 FanDuel points per minute this season. In his last seven games, he has a high of 37.9 FanDuel points and a low of 13.8. Over 20 points of difference there isn't something you want when it comes to a cash-game lineup, but it's an aspect to embrace in tournaments.

Our projections have Rui in the middle of these outcomes, going for 23.7 FanDuel points in 28 minutes tonight. At his price, he isn't a deep value play and could be passed on by some DFS players.

Delon Wright, SG, Dallas Mavericks ($4,300)

With an over/under sitting at 227.5 points and a spread of only two points, the Dallas Mavericks-Los Angeles Clippers game should offer plenty of fantasy production.

Over his last two games, Delon Wright has taken 20 field goal attempts -- his most in any two-game span this season. That is encouraging since he comes off the bench for the Mavericks and generally plays when Luka Doncic is not on the court. When a player Doncic, who owns a massive usage rate, is off the court, it's always good to know who sees the usage and where the shot volume is going.

Wright is hitting his stride as an offensive option off the bench in these last few games, as he has posted 20 FanDuel points or more in four of his last five. Our projections have him reaching that level again, going for 21.3 FanDuel points tonight and making him the ninth-best value play on the slate.
