NBA Daily Fantasy Helper: Tuesday 3/27/18

Houston is a go-to spot for value with James Harden resting. Who should you target in daily fantasy basketball on Tuesday?

If you're new to daily fantasy basketball -- maybe you started your DFS journey during the MLB or NFL seasons, or maybe basketball is your sport and this will be your first year giving it a shot -- you're in for a treat. The NBA scene changes hugely on a week-to-week, day-to-day, and -- depending on injury news -- even a minute-to-minute basis, making every slate a unique one that requires an ever-changing approach.

With so much changing so quickly, we're here with plenty of tools to help you out. We have daily projections, a matchup heat map, a lineup optimizer, and a ton of other great resources to help give you an edge.

Here, we'll put all of that together and take a look at who you should target on today's slate.

Best of the Best

LeBron James ($12,300): The King continues to show absolutely absurd efficiency. Since the break, he is averaging the league's second-most FanDuel points per game (60.6) and third-most minutes (37.2) per night, and he hasn't posting fewer than 49.7 FanDuel points in any of his 17 games in that span. He has been especially ridiculous in recent games, topping 62.0 FanDuel points in six of his last seven, averaging 66.3 per night in that stretch. LeBron does lose a little bit of appeal from a tough matchup tonight, taking on a Miami Heat squad that allows bottom-10 fantasy production at both forward spots. On some slates, that would make LeBron tough to play at this price-point, but the value options today are really strong, meaning we can afford to pay up at the top end.
