NBA Daily Fantasy Helper: Wednesday 11/27/13
Who will you be thankful for tonight in your DFS leagues?

Whether you play daily fantasy NBA on FanDuel, StarStreet, DraftKings, or FantasyFeud, numberFire has you covered. Daily value plays and optimal lineups can be found cartwheeling along with him.

Monta Ellis - Ellis has scored at least 22 points in each of his last five games, while also dishing out six assists and a couple steals and rebounds. He has a good matchup tonight - though Golden State are an improved defensive team, this game should be high scoring, with the over/under currently set at 206.5. Add in the fact that the Warriors are on the second leg of a back-to-back and went down to the wire late last night against the New Orleans Pelicans, Ellis should be a solid play tonight.

Top Mid-Range Values

Trevor Ariza - Ariza was one of our mid-range values last night, and stuffed the sheets to the tune of 13 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals. With Bradley Beal out for the next couple weeks, Ariza and Martell Webster should pick up the slack, splitting minutes from the SG and SF spots. The Wiz also have the good fortune of playing a struggling Milwaukee Bucks backcourt tonight, so we like all Wizards guards in this matchup.

Paul Pierce - I know, the Brooklyn Nets have been pretty awful so far this year and fans are frustrated at the play of Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce. But Pierce has looked better the last two games (18 ppg, 4 rbg, 4 apg) and it's not like the Lakers have a stifling defense. With Brook Lopez and Deron Williams still out for the Nets, someone has to facilitate and score, right?

Tim Duncan - Timmy hasn't wowed with stats recently and thus has had a price drop across DFS sites. However, most of his recent games (Cavs, Celtics, Knicks) have resulted in Spurs blowouts, and thus, Duncan getting rest and sitting on the bench most of the second half. So while it maybe counterintuitive to say he has a good matchup when the Spurs match up against the Thunder, it actually is for Duncan owners since it means that he'll likely see 30-plus minutes if the game is as close as predicted.

Basement Ballers

Corey Brewer - Brewer is coming off a subpar game where he posted single-digit scoring for the first time in the last five games. But, it was against the Indiana Pacers, and everyone struggles against the Pacers. The four games before that he's put up 17.5 ppg and with a much better matchup tonight against the Denver Nuggets (over/under is the highest of the night at 213.5), Brewer should get out in transition and benefit from killer Kevin Love outlet passes.

Jose Calderon - Like backcourt teammate Monta Ellis, Calderon can hopefully take advantage of a tired Warriors team in a back-to-back. While his assist numbers have been down this year at 5.2 per game (mostly due to Ellis dominating the ball), he has still provided value in DFS leagues with his good assist to turnover ratio - you can rest easy knowing that he'll put up consistent numbers while also doing it efficiently. This game should be an up-and-down affair, which is why we like both sides of the Mavs backcourt tonight.

Andray Blatche - Blatche has quietly been consistent as can be the last several games filling in for injured Brook Lopez. He has contributed double-digit scoring in the games this season that he has started at center for BroLo, and will look to continue that roll tonight against the Lakers. As mentioned before, with the injuries to usual Nets starters and KG struggling, take advantage of these fill-in value plays while you can.
