One of the keys to finding success in daily fantasy basketball is uncovering potential value plays. If you're looking to roster a stud player or two, you need to consider squeezing in one of these lower-priced options into your lineup.

Let's take a look at five players who can help fill in the gaps in your lineup.

Patrick Beverley, PG, Houston Rockets

After recording two double-doubles during the first week of March, Patrick Beverley has cooled off considerably. However, he is still pitching-in across the board, as he's averaged 8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 3 assists, and a steal over his last four games. Beverley will look to bounce back from a horrid shooting performance in the tail end of a two-game series versus the Denver Nuggets.

Beverly has the highest projected value at his position and shares the best defense-versus-position matchup among all point guards on Monday night.

Jamal Crawford, SG, Los Angeles Clippers

Jamal Crawford may be seeing extended minutes beginning tonight, as the Los Angeles Clippers are scheduled with five games this week. Crawford has been up-and-down all season but could find himself in a groove. Over his last three games, he is putting up 10 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 3.3 assists in 28.2 minutes.

Crawford has the third-highest projected value among all shooting guards on tonight's slate. At near-minimum salary, he is worth considering as a punt option.

Taurean Prince, SF, Atlanta Hawks

Taurean Prince is getting his moment to shine thanks to the bone bruise injury suffered by Kent Bazemore. Over his last two games, Prince has been in swat mode with an average of 3.5 blocks. During the same span, he's also put up 12 points and 6 rebounds in 30.2 minutes of play.

Prince boasts the second-highest projected value among all players on tonight's schedule of games.

Ersan Ilyasova, PF, Atlanta Hawks

Ersan Ilyasova is coming off a 23-point performance, his highest scoring total since joining the Atlanta Hawks. Regular starter Paul Millsap has been ruled out for the next two games, which will allow Ilyasova the chance to mimic his impressive stats from earlier this season when he averaged 14.3 points and 5.9 rebounds as a member of the Philadelphia 76ers.

Ilyasova is projected to net the seventh-most FanDuel points among all power forwards playing on Monday.

Ian Mahinmi, C, Washington Wizards

Ian Mahinmi has integrated himself nicely into the Washington Wizards' rotation. Over 19 games played this season, Mahinmi has per-36 averages of 11.4 points, 9.1 rebounds, 2.1 steals, and 1.9 blocks. He has put up 8.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, and a block over his last four games.

Mahinmi has the sixth-highest projected value among all centers playing tonight. At near-minimum salary, he is worth considering as a flier pick.
