Daily Fantasy Basketball Injury Report: Monday 3/20/17

It's a seven-game NBA slate full of meaningful injuries, and there could be some that lead to huge value plays tonight.

Nights like this in NBA DFS are great. There are just enough games (seven) to still be contrarian in tournaments, and there are just enough injuries to find the value plays you need to win big.

What should you know about tonight?

Philadelphia 76ers

All we know about Jahlil Okafor right now is that he traveled with the Philadelphia 76ers for their game tonight against the Orlando Magic. If he is forced to miss tonight, Richaun Holmes will be one of the top value plays of the evening. Also for the Sixers, Justin Anderson did not play last night, and there has been no word on his status yet for Monday.

Denver Nuggets

Both Danilo Gallinari and Wilson Chandler will miss Monday's game for the Denver Nuggets, and in their places Will Barton, Jamal Murray, and Juan Hernangomez should all see a big boost in playing time. Also, Nikola Jokic should continue to see a hefty bump in usage.

Atlanta Hawks

Paul Millsap will be out for the next two games, and without him Dwight Howard and Dennis Schroder have some added appeal, but the real winner might be Ersan Ilyasova. Also, without Kent Bazemore for the next week, Tim Hardaway Jr. is also in play tonight.

Isaiah Thomas, Boston Celtics

The big mystery left on Monday's slate is whether Isaiah Thomas is ready to play. Brad Stevens said he is hopeful that Thomas plays, so stay tuned for another update closer to roster lock.

Nikola Vucevic, Orlando Magic

Nikola Vucevic did not practice on Sunday, and we haven't heard any other update for his status tonight. If he misses, look for Bismack Biyombo to be a popular play against the Sixers.

Kristaps Porzingis, New York Knicks

Kristaps Porzingis will be in the lineup tonight for the New York Knicks after missing a game due to a bruised left thigh. You can deploy him as usual.

Markieff Morris, Washington Wizards

Markieff Morris has missed two straight games with the flu, but he is feeling better and listed as probable for tonight against the Celtics.

Rodney Hood, Utah Jazz

Rodney Hood is officially questionable tonight with knee issues, and if he can't go again, expect Joe Ingles and Joe Johnson to pick up the slack.
