One of the keys to finding success in daily fantasy basketball is uncovering potential value plays. If you're looking to roster a stud player or two, you need to consider squeezing in one of these lower-priced options into your lineup.

Let's take a look at five players who can help fill in the gaps in your lineup.

Yogi Ferrell, PG, Dallas Mavericks

Yogi Ferrell has picked it up again during the month of March, as he is averaging 11.7 points and 5.7 assists over his last three games. After the All-Star break, Ferrell has started all six games for the Dallas Mavericks and has logged a healthy 30.3 minutes per contest.

According to our tools, Ferrell is trending as tonight's hottest point guard, playing 37.46% above his season average in terms of fantasy points per night over the last five games. In addition, he has the second-best defense-versus-position matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Nick Young, SG, Los Angeles Lakers

Amidst the recent drama brewing in the Los Angeles Lakers' front office, Nick Young has been balling. Over his last three games, Young is averaging 14.3 points, which includes 46% shooting and 4 three-pointers per game. The Lakers are on a seven-game skid and have failed to score 100-plus in five of them, so Young's offense will continue to be sought after.

The swaggy shooting guard owns the highest projected value among those at the position on tonight's tiny slate.

Bojan Bogdanovic, SF, Washington Wizards

Bojan Bogdanovic has been sizzling during his short time with the Washington Wizards and is averaging 18.2 points (including 4 three-pointers) in his last five games. Bogdanovic doesn't do much else in the box score, but he has already proven to be a legit scorer in on his new team.

He is projected to net the fifth-most FanDuel points among all small forwards playing tonight.

Marquese Chriss, PF, Phoenix Suns

Since the All-Star break, Marquese Chriss has shown occasional flashes of brilliance. Over the six games played, Chriss has notched double figures four times, including two 17-point performances. During that span, he is putting up 11.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.5 blocks, and a steal in 26 minutes per game.

Chriss is projected with the third-highest value among all power forwards tonight, and with the Phoenix Suns taking on the Wizards in a matchup that owns the highest over/under total at 228 points, the power forward may be more involved on offense.

Ian Mahinmi, C, Washington Wizards

He's the fourth-highest value among all centers playing tonight and is worth considering as a punt option on a small slate since he's priced at the minimum salary.
