Daily Fantasy Basketball Injury Report: Wednesday 11/30/16

With 10 games on the slate, there are several meaningful injuries creating some tough calls in the night of NBA DFS.

Wednesday is a stacked card and the biggest issue is most of the injuries are in games that don't start until 8:00 PM Eastern. That has the potential to create a wild last hour before roster lock, so make sure you're watching the news scroll to be on top of the latest injury news.

Notable Injuries

Dwyane Wade, Chicago Bulls

The first domino to drop might be Dwyane Wade, who had a tooth pulled and missed shootaround on Wednesday morning. Wade is a game-time decision and if he misses Wednesday, Jimmy Butler is almost a must-play, while Rajon Rondo and Nikola Mirotic deserve bumps as well.

Paul Millsap, Atlanta Hawks

A late injury cropped up this afternoon as Paul Millsap is questionable with a sore hip. Also of note is Mike Scott preparing to make his debut tonight. He and Mike Muscala should be fine value plays if Millsap is out, while Dwight Howard and Dennis Schroder also get boosts.

Memphis Grizzlies

The Memphis Grizzlies can not catch a break. Mike Conley is out for the next six to eight weeks, and the blows don't stop there for tonight. Vince Carter hurt his hip on Tuesday and he has been ruled out Wednesday too. We haven't heard any updates about Zach Randolph, but with all this going on, the Grizzlies might employ a very short rotation. Marc Gasol's usage is about to go through the roof, while Andrew Harrison and Wade Baldwin IV will likely split minutes at point guard. With Carter out, look for Troy Williams to get some deep run tonight, too.

Denver Nuggets

The Denver Nuggets may be as banged up as Memphis. Will Barton is doubtful tonight, but they got some good news that Danilo Gallinari looks like he'll play tonight. Darrell Arthur is also under the weather and is questionable. With Gary Harris out as well, the Nuggets will have to continue relying on Jamal Murray, Wilson Chandler and Jameer Nelson in the backcourt.

Miami Heat

The Miami Heat are slowly getting healthier as Tyler Johnson will be back wearing a mouth guard tonight. However, Dion Waiters and Justise Winslow are still out, so expect Johnson, Josh Richardson and James Johnson to see a boost in value.

Jonas Valanciunas, Toronto Raptors

Jonas Valanciunas looked to have sprained his ankle pretty bad on Monday, but he reportedly could have returned to the game if needed. As of now, it looks like he'll play tonight.

Nick Young, Los Angeles Lakers

Nick Young was in the midst of a nice bounce back season, but he has a strained calf and will be out for the next two to four weeks. This is a huge blow to the Lakers, who are already without D'Angelo Russell. Both Louis Williams and Jordan Clarkson are excellent plays tonight and for the next few weeks.

Joakim Noah, New York Knicks

Joakim Noah is a game-time decision after suffering a sprained ankle. If he is unable to go, Kyle O'Quinn and Guillermo Hernangomez could be great value plays on Wednesday.

Dirk Nowitzki, Dallas Mavericks

Dirk Nowitzki is 38 years old and it is showing. He is going to miss the Dallas Mavericks' next three games, so Harrison Barnes and Deron Williams will likely get a boost while the veteran's achilles is mending.

Lesser Injuries

Jerryd Baylees, Philadelphia 76ers

Jerryd Bayless will sit out on Wednesday for the Philadelphia 76ers, so look for Sergio Rodriguez to pick up the start.

Ian Mahinmi, Washington Wizards

Ian Mahinmi did not participate in the Wiz shootaround Wednesday morning and he is listed as questionable. If he is unable to go, look for Jason Smith to see some extra run, with Marcin Gortat possibly getting a small bump in minutes.

Jared Dudley, Phoenix Suns

Jared Dudley missed Sunday's game, but it looks like he is good to go. His return should lessen P.J. Tucker's minutes enough where he might no longer be in consideration tonight.
