Troy Brown, SF, Washington Wizards

FanDuel Price: $3,500
Projected FanDuel Points: 22.7
Projected FanDuel Value: 6.48

As a seeker of value plays, there's no better time of year than the end of the season. Spring has sprung. The air is filled with the smell of flowers, and teams have resigned to their playoff fates. The Washington Wizards are one such team. They are 5.5 games back of the Miami Heat with only 10 games to play, and there are two teams ahead of them. It's not happening, and they know it.

As such, it gives them leeway to give extra minutes to their younger stars. One such player who stands to benefit from the situation is rookie Troy Brown.

After seeing just 10 games with at least 10 minutes of run from October through February, Brown has seen at least 13 minutes of run in each game this month. That playing time has grown rapidly over the past week, and he's seen 25 and 30 minutes in his past two games, respectively.

He not only could see 30 minutes again, but he might be in line for the first start of his career tonight considering Trevor Ariza is dealing with a groin injury and the Wizards have little incentive to play him. With Ariza's status still up in the air, we have Brown projected for 22.9 minutes currently. We have him being effective in that time, however, scoring 22.7 FanDuel points. He's well worth the risk at minimum salary.
