With the Minnesota Timberwolves almost certainly out of contention for the playoffs and rife with injuries, the team has a chance to see what its younger players can do. One such player who has benefited from that over the past couple of games is Josh Okogie.

While Okogie has started consistently since early January, he's rarely seen the minutes that he's seen over the past two games. In fact, the last time he saw 30-plus minutes two games in a row was on January 6 and 8.

Minutes are only so good if you're taking advantage of them, and Okogie has stepped up to be a bigger part of the offense. He's scored 21 and 19 points in these two most recent games, two of his three highest-scoring outputs of the season.
