3 NBA DraftKings Studs to Target on 2/6/19

It's pretty well known that James Harden's fantasy output skyrockets when Chris Paul sits. The thing is, the difference between his value with and without Paul seems like it could be a thing of the past.

Harden has played four games with Paul since Paul returned from injury on January 27. He's scored 70-plus DraftKings points in three of those four games and finishing with a disappointing-though-astounding-for-everyone-else 58.0 in the other. He'll have a chance at continuing his otherworldly play tonight as the Rockets travel to Northern California to take on the Sacramento Kings.

The Kings, who at 28-25 sit just one game out of the last playoff spot in the Western Conference, are playing at a completely different level than their 2017-18 addition that finished a paltry 27-55. They are 17-10 at home this season, where they have won seven straight. That strong play is reflected in tonight's spread, with the Houston Rockets being just 2.5-point favorites in a game with a total set at 235.5, highest on the slate.

The Rockets will need everything Harden can bring to the table if they are to expect a win, especially if Eric Gordon is forced to sit again. We currently project Harden for 59.4 DraftKings points tonight, but that number should honestly be looked at as a floor.
