3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 1/28/19
Kevin Durant offers elite upside tonight, even in a tough matchup with the Pacers. What other high-priced players should be on your radar?

Kyrie Irving, PG, Boston Celtics

Price: $10,500

Kyrie Irving has been on a roll lately, with at least 56 FanDuel points in four of his last five games, topping 60 twice and averaging 57.8 per game in that stretch.

He's been highly efficient in that time, but the big numbers have also come with some serious volume, averaging 36.9 minutes and 21.0 field goal attempts per game -- putting up at least 19 shots and at least 5 three-point attempts in each of the five games.

There's a chance those minutes take a hit tonight, as the Boston Celtics sit as 10.5-point favorites against the Brooklyn Nets, but he should continue to produce efficiently in this matchup.

The Nets rank a middling 17th in defensive rating on the year, and while they're holding opponents to a slightly below-average effective field goal percentage, they also rank bottom five in the NBA in steals and allow their opponents to get up the league's sixth-most field goal attempts per 100 possessions.

Irving produced efficiently in limited minutes against Brooklyn in their first meeting this season (37.4 FanDuel points in only 27.8 minutes), so the potential that he continues to play big minutes is particularly appealing here.
