3 NBA FanDuel Value Plays to Target on 1/15/19
Minimum-priced Omari Spellman is coming off a career game and is likely to see solid minutes again on Tuesday. Which other low-priced options are worth a play?

Derrick Jones Jr., SF, Miami Heat

FanDuel Price: $4,700
Projected FanDuel Points: 18.1
Projected FanDuel Value: 3.93

Derrick Jones Jr. has been on a roll lately for the Miami Heat with the forward posting at least 25 FanDuel points in five of his last six games. He is averaging 12.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.8 steals in 25.3 minutes per game since December 30. Jones has finished with an average of 26.0 FanDuel points in the six contests, which would leave him with slightly more than 5.5 points per $1,000 of salary on Tuesday.

Facing the Milwaukee Bucks, Jones is likely to continue to see substantial minutes as his athleticism and versatility will be needed against Giannis Antetokounmpo, especially with Josh Richardson nursing a knee injury. In the 14 games Jones has played at least 20 minutes, he has produced fewer than 20 FanDuel points just twice, averaging 28.7 FanDuel points per game.

Power forwards -- where Jones has played over a third of his minutes this season -- have gone off against the Bucks, averaging 2.04 FanDuel points per minute, the fifth-most in the NBA this season. That only helps Jones' case as a nice value option on a limited six-game slate Tuesday.
