3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 1/10/19

At $12,100, Russell Westbrook is getting up there, but he's worth it on today's short four-game slate.

Russ has been highly consistent and all but immune to duds lately. He has at least 50 FanDuel points in 12 of his last 15 games, and the two that missed that cutoff weren't total flops, at 38.9 and 44.8 FanDuel points.

He's averaging 55.0 FanDuel points per game in that stretch, and in typical Westbrook fashion, that includes a triple-double per game, with 20.2 points, 11.0 rebounds, 10.4 assists, 3.1 steals and 0.6 blocks in 36.4 minutes per.

He does lose some luster tonight against the San Antonio Spurs and their 24th-ranked pace, but it's not all bad. The Spurs sit a middling 17th in defensive rating on the season, and they rank in the middle of the pack as far as fantasy efficiency allowed to opposing point guards.

Westbrook's strong floor doesn't mean that he's without a ceiling, either. He has topped 60 FanDuel points three times in his last 11 games, which includes marks of 68.7 and 70.7.

Unsurprisingly, our models have him as the top-projected fantasy scorer on the slate.
